In the event that you forget your password or did not receive the password reset e-mail, you may proceed by doing the following:

Click “Forgot your password” and fill in your email address, you will receive an e-mail titled “Password Recover”. You will then be able to log into your email to change the password by yourself.

In the event that you do not receive an email after clicking the button “Forgot your password” please check the Junk box in your e-mail. If it still doesn’t work please contact us.
