Why didn't I received my shipping confirmation E-mail

 

Don't panic! If you have not received a shipping confirmation email but you have been charged for your order, you will receive your order without any problems.

 

The reasons you have not received the e-mail may be 

 

1. Your order has not been processed/shipped yet. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business day. If you placed your order on a Friday it may not be processed until the following Monday.

2. You may have ordered a pre-sale or out-of-stock product. We will keep an eye on the stock and ship your product as soon as possible.

3. The e-mail has been mistakenly marked as spam. Please check your spam folder and make sure to add Bellelily to your safe list.

4. There is an error in the email address.

 

If you have checked all the above and still don't have a shipping confirmation E-mail, please contact us at

service@bellelily.com with your name, order number, and email address used to place the order, and we can confirm the order for you.
